Call For Entries - 17th Annual First Americans in the Arts Awards

Purpose and Criteria: To recognize outstanding performances by Native American artists in the mainstream entertainment industry. These performances must: have national impact, be accessible to the general public on a national scale and be presented in mainstream commercial venues, i.e., first run movie theaters, national network or cable television, theater produced in Equity sanction and record albums with nationally distributed labels and Independent labels as well. Note: Deadline for independent music is January 31, 2009, all others December 31, 2008.)
